The service you should expect

Your goals deserve
more than a promise.

You deserve to understand the work, the reason behind a recommendation, and what happens next. Use these expectations to guide your conversation with us.

We listen

Your priorities stay visible.

Start in your own words. Read and correct the story summary before choosing a conversation. Tell us when a goal changes or something important is missing.

We explain

You can ask “why?”

Ask what supports a recommendation, which assumptions still need checking, and what alternatives would mean for you. Uncertainty belongs in the discussion.

You choose

The next step has a purpose.

A useful conversation can lead to action, more research, or more time. Sharing your story does not commit you to a transaction.

The work and the cost

Know what you are
engaging us to do.

Before committing to paid services, ask us to walk through the scope, responsibilities, compensation, and any separate costs in the applicable agreement. Your service needs and agreement determine the work involved.

  • What work is included, and what is outside the scope?
  • What will I receive at each stage?
  • Who handles each next step?
  • How will we communicate, and when should I expect an update?
  • What do I pay, when is it due, and what other costs could apply?

Buying, selling, and financing have different services and documents. Ask for an explanation of any term you do not understand.

Hold us to
the conversation.

If the work or a recommendation does not reflect what matters to you, say so. Ask us to revisit your priorities, explain the tradeoff, or clarify the next step. Thoughtful questions are welcome.

Know what comes next

We prepare you before decisions get urgent.

You should know what happens next, what you need to do, and why it matters. That can mean reviewing sale proceeds before an offer arrives or explaining the inspection process before the visit.

We put the agreed work and costs in writing. If our work falls short of that agreement, tell Bart. We will review the gap with you and work out the next step.

A conversation, at your pace

You can start before you have the answers.

Tell us what matters. We can work through the next question together.
