Information we collect and use
We collect the name, email, phone number, inquiry and separate consent choices you submit. We use them to respond, coordinate requested real estate services and appointments, and send marketing only through the channels you authorize. Our website and service providers may process basic device, browser, cookie and security data to operate the site and prevent abuse. Do not submit sensitive financial documents through these forms.
Service providers and mobile information
GoHighLevel/LeadConnector processes inquiry, contact and consent records to support our communications. Hosting and other operational providers process information as needed to provide their services. We may disclose information when required by law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your choices
SMS choices are optional and separate from submitting an inquiry or buying services. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for assistance. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or contact us to change preferences. Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests. We retain records as needed to provide services, document consent, honor opt-outs and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards; no system is completely secure.
External property-search, mortgage and booking services have their own policies. Visiting them does not grant us SMS consent.
